A broken torsion or extension spring can leave the door unusually heavy or stuck. We replace the pair, inspect the cables, balance the door, and test the system.
Door won't open, opener hums, remotes die, or MyQ/Wi-Fi acts up. We service LiftMaster, Chamberlain, Genie, and other common residential units.
When repair is no longer practical, we install a new opener matched to the door. We set the travel, safety reverse, wall control, and remotes.
Frayed or snapped cables can leave the door crooked or unsafe to operate. We replace the cables and inspect the drums, springs, and tracks.
